With siblings in Los Angeles and Miami as well, STK Las Vegas arrives December 15, 2010, at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas with its high-energy and sexy vibe. The ONE Group has also named Stephen Hopcraft (Bravo’s ‘Top Chef’ and Food Network’s ‘Chefs vs. City’) as executive chef.
